How do I send an invite to my client?
After setting up your Partner account head to Partner Admin > Your Accountancy Firm, then from the Companies tab click 'Invite Client'.
On the company invitation page simply enter your client's name and email address, then click 'Send'.
What happens next?
Your client will receive an email inviting them to sign up to Pandle, the email will also include instructions on how they can provide you access to their account.
How do my clients provide me access to their account?
After your client has signed up and created their account they will need to head to the Company Settings menu. Then from the Users tab click 'Add Accountant', enter your email address and select whether you will be paying for their subscription or not.

We are currently developing the ability to automate this process for our Pandle Partners. This will enable you to have automatic access to your clients accounts after they have signed up using the link in your email invite.
