Pandle Partners can manage the people and clients connected to their account and update their settings using the Partner Accountants page.
Click 'Partner Admin' in the Pandle navigation menu, and select the name of your firm from the dropdown menu.
The 'Companies' screen shows a list of all the clients that are connected through your Pandle account. Learn more about managing your clients in Pandle.
Use the 'Staff' screen to view and manage the staff users on your Pandle Partner account. Learn more about managing your staff in Pandle.
Click the 'Pending Requests' tab to view and manage access invitations from clients. Learn more about accepting client requests.
Click the 'Settings' tab to view and edit your firm's information in Pandle, including contact details.
Use the 'Billing Plans' tab to view how many of your clients pay their own subscription, and how many companies you are paying for.
