The View Transactions page in Pandle shows a list of all of the transactions entered into the software. You can also search and edit multiple transactions, helping you make changes across lots of transactions if you need to.

Select 'Accounting' in the navigation menu, and then 'View Transactions'.

You can search for specific transactions quickly by entering information into the search bar. Pandle will display any results which include the search term you enter. Delete your search term from the entry box to return to a full list of results.

Date From

Shows transactions from a specific point in time

Date To

Shows transactions until a specific point in time

Type

Allows you to search by different types of transaction, such as Adjustments or Customer Credit Notes.

Click the menu icon to open a dropdown list of transaction types to select from, or search the list by typing the transaction type into the search box. You can select as many transaction types as you need to. To unselect an item, click it again so that the check mark disappears, or click 'All'.

Entry Method

This is how the transaction was entered into Pandle, such as via File Import or Bank Feed.

Click the menu icon to open a dropdown list of transaction types to select from, or search the list by typing the entry method into the search box. You can select as many transaction types as you need to. To unselect an item, click it again so that the check mark disappears, or click 'All'.

Category

Filter your transactions based on how they are categorised in Pandle.

Account

Filter transactions based on the account that they relate to. For example, a director's loan account, or your bank account.

Tax Code

Filter transactions by their assigned tax code.

Project

Filter transactions which relate to a particular project (if you use Projects in Pandle).

Pandle will display a reminder in each column whenever you apply a filter, so that you don't overlook any important information by mistake.

Choose how many rows per screen

In Pandle you can choose how many rows of information you see on the View Transactions screen. Just click the 'Row Count' button, and select the amount from the menu.

Sort transactions in a different order

To sort the list of transactions on your View Transactions screen, click the column header that you would like to sort by, or click the header again the reverse the order.

For instance, click the 'Entry Method' header to sort your transactions according to their current balance.

Select which columns to view

In Pandle you can edit the columns that you need to see on the View Transactions screen, and hide those that you don't.

Click the 'Column Select' button, and select or deselect the columns that you want to see.
