You can create profiles to manage the customers you do business with using the Customers page in Pandle. Just select 'Customers' from the navigation menu.

I can't see 'Customers' in the navigation menu
To keep things simple, you'll only see the 'Customers' menu option if you confirmed that your business invoices customers during the Pandle setup process. You can enable this option at any time.
Open the main Pandle settings menu, and select 'Company Settings'.
Select the 'Financial Info' tab.
And then check the option 'Does the business invoice customers?'.
Creating new customers in Pandle
There are two ways to set up new customers in Pandle:
Import an existing list of customers (for instance, if you're moving to Pandle from another bookkeeping software). View the 'Importing Customers' tour.
Adding customers manually. View the 'Adding Customers' tour.
Viewing the Customers screen in Pandle
The customers screen will show you a list of all of the customers that you enter in Pandle.

Search, sort, and filter customers
Use the search bar to search and find customer information more quickly.

You can also filter your customers by clicking the filter button, and selecting what you would like to see.

To sort the list, click the column header that you would like to sort by, and click the header again the reverse the order.
For instance, click the 'Balance' header to sort your customers according to the balance on their account.

Choose how many rows per screen
In Pandle you can choose how many rows of information you see on the Customers screen. Just click the 'Row Count' button, and select the amount from the menu.

Select which columns to view
Edit the columns that you need to see on the Customers screen, and hide those that you don't.
Click the 'Column Select' button, and select or deselect the columns that you want to see.

Customer Reference: A unique customer code which identifies your customer in Pandle.
Display Name: How the customer name appears in Pandle. Click the customer name to view a list of transactions relating to that customer.
Customer Group: If you assign the customer to a group, the group name will appear in this column. The column will be blank if the customer isn't assigned to a group. Click the group name to see all the customers in that group.
Balance: The balance of the customer's account.
Status: This shows whether you have the customer currently set to 'Active' or 'Inactive' in Pandle.
Actions: Use these options to create a new invoice for that customer, edit the customer's details, and download a PDF statement of the customer's account. Use 'More' to add an attachment to the customer's account, delete your customer's details, and add or view notes associated with this customer.
Export Customers from Pandle
You can export a list of customers from Pandle, including their account balance, current status, and the customer group if there is one. Click the 'Export' button, and Pandle will automatically download a .CSV file to your device.
