How do I create a new account for my client on Pandle?
After setting up your Partner account head to Partner Admin > Your Accountancy Firm, then from the Companies tab click 'Add New Company'.

You can also choose to invite your clients to use Pandle from this page. Select this option if you would rather your clients set up their own account. You can read more about inviting your clients to use Pandle here.

After clicking 'Add New Company' you will be asked to provide various details of your client's company, including:

  • Personal Information

  • Business Details

  • Contact Details

  • Additional Information (this will be used to inform Pandle of the features your client will need)

  • Bank Accounts

Once you have entered the correct details, simply click 'Finish' on the final Bank Accounts tab to save your client's company details.

How do I set up the subscription fees for my clients?
After you have clicked 'Finish' to save your client's company details you will be prompted to choose if you would like to pay the monthly subscription fee on behalf of your client or not.

After making your selection click 'Yes, Add To Partner Accountant' and you newly created client's company will be added to your Partner Admin screen.

How will my client know that I created an account on Pandle for their company?
As a default your client will not automatically be notified when you create an account for their company on Pandle. In order to do this you must add them as a user to the company account.

First ensure you have the correct company selected by checking which company name appears here:

Once your client's company has been chosen, head to Company Settings, then from the Users tab click 'Add New User'.

Then enter your client's details and select their permission level before clicking 'Invite User' to grant your client access to their company account on Pandle. 

What happens next?
Your client will receive an email prompting them to activate their account. 

They will need to click the link in the email and sign in to Pandle using the email address which you sent the invitation to and the temporary password which can be found in the email.

After they have signed in for the first time they will have access to their account on Pandle. The amount of financial information they can see will be determined by the level of User Permissions you selected when sending out the invite to your client.
