How do I send an invite to my client?

Important: This method allows you to invite clients to create their own account in Pandle. If you prefer, you can also set up a Pandle account on behalf of your client.

Click 'Partner Admin' in the Pandle navigation, and select your accountancy firm.

Select the 'Companies' tab.

Click the 'Invite Client' button.

This will open the client invitation page. Enter your client's name and email address, and click 'Send'.

What happens next?

Your client will receive an email inviting them to sign up to Pandle. The email will include instructions to help them give you user access to their account.
