This article explains how to access your new Pandle Pro features, so you can get the most out of your Pandle Pro account.

Multi Company Management

Premium Invoice Templates

With Pandle Pro you can choose from a range of premium invoice templates.

Click the settings icon, and select 'Document Settings'.

Select the 'Design Options' tab.

From here you can upload your business logo, and look through Pandle's invoice templates before choosing one that best fits your business.

Click 'Save Document Settings' to confirm your changes, or click 'Cancel' to return to the menu without updating anything.

Unlimited Users

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature. Now you're a Pandle Pro user, you can just keep adding as many users as you like!

User Permissions

You don't need to do anything to activate the User Permissions feature in your Pandle Pro account, and the option will automatically appear in your settings menu, under the Users tab.

Bank Feeds

In order to activate Bank Feeds in your Pandle account you will need to connect your Pandle account to your bank account.

PayPal Feeds

Setting up a PayPal Feed is a similar process to connecting Bank Feeds.

Receipt Uploads

You'll need to switch this feature on in your Pandle account before you start uploading receipts.

To activate the Receipt Uploads feature, click the 'settings' icon, and select 'Company Settings'.

On the Company Settings page, select the 'Financial Info' tab.

Check the box next to 'Does the business use receipt uploads?'.

Click 'Update Company' to save your changes, or click 'Cancel' to return without making any updates.

Once activated, the Receipt Uploads will appear as an option in your Pandle navigation menu. Learn more about using Receipt Uploads.

Projects

You'll need to activate this feature before you can start using Projects.

To activate the Projects feature, click the 'settings' icon, and select 'Company Settings'.

On the Company Settings page, select the 'Financial Info' tab.

Check the box next to 'Does the business use projects?'.

Click 'Update Company' to save your changes, or click 'Cancel' to return without making any updates.

Once activated, the Projects feature will appear as an option in your Pandle navigation menu. Learn more about using Projects.

Cash Flow Forecasting

The Cash Flow Report feature will automatically include an option to set a projection date and method for Pandle Pro users.

This will show a projection of the cash coming in and out of your business based on historic transactions. The Cash Flow Forecasting report can be set by averaging, actual increases, or percentage increases.

Multiple Company Management

Pandle Pro users can add multiple business profiles to their Pandle account, and switch between them quickly.
