Pandle is cloud-based digital bookkeeping software. It helps business owners keep a record of their transactions, manage their invoicing, present information to stakeholders, and can even be used to produce accounts which then form the basis of tax returns.

Pandle is fully Making Tax Digital (MTD) for VAT compliant. This means that VAT-registered users can send quarterly VAT submissions directly to HMRC from Pandle. We always advise users to seek the help of a professional to ensure accurate submissions are made.

Pandle can also produce accounting reports, such as profit and loss, and balance sheets. Whilst you cannot yet submit your annual tax return from Pandle, you can use these financial reports as the basis of your return.

To complete a tax return you will either need specialist third party software or an accountant. An accountant is recommended (especially if you have a limited company). They will ensure the bookkeeping you have completed is correct, and will be able to find ways to make your accounts more tax efficient to reduce your tax liability.
